to give you an idea of what my life is of late, i'll describe an exciting day i recently had.

it was wednesday, and i started the day "purging" files, my least favorite office activity. sometime midmorning, however, i received a different assignment: putting new documents in chronological order and typing them up. you have no idea how great this is to me. and i get to bill for it. of course, i don't actually make money for the hours i bill, but the practice does, and that's pretty cool.

now if that wasn't enough to drop your jaw, that afternoon, my employer (a.k.a.: dad) invited me to sit in on a meeting. and not just any meeting, but an interview for a new attorney. crazy!

it's amazing what thrills me these days. hehe!
